Tufted & Quilted
Support layers are held together using traditional wool felt tufts with comfort layers quilted on top to ensure you have a durable tufted mattress with a flat sleep surface avoiding the discomfort of dips created by tufting.

Wrapped in a hypoallergenic cooling Tencel infused cover with 8 air vents included ensures you sleep cooler than traditional memory foam and hybrid mattresses.

Deliveries are free and carried out by two-man courier to the room of your choice up to the first floor.
There is a maximum 2 week lead time on the Origins Lux mattress from when you place your order until delivery. Full tracking information will be provided by our customer service team.
Our delivery service operates from Monday – Sunday excluding bank holidays, between the hours of 7.00am - 8.00pm. If the mattress needs to go up additional floors than the first floor then please do get in touch as the courier charges a small fee for this.
Please also provide a contact number so we can make sure there are no delays with your delivery.
We do not charge for Great Britain mainland deliveries. However, we charge an additional amount to deliver to certain postcodes where it’s difficult for the courier services to reach you. Learn more

It is important to us that you love your new mattress. So if after a while you discover that it is too firm, too soft or too something else just return the mattress for a refund or simply change it for another. MASA Sleep mattresses are suitable for all bed frames apart from adjustable beds.
Unfortunately the MASA Aura Refresh range mattress is unsuitable for bunk beds given depth of the mattresses being 25cm.
We can deliver to a room of your choice up to the first floor (1 flight of stairs). If the mattress is going to be delivered to the 2nd floor or higher please get in touch as the couriers do charge a small fee for this.
Unfortunately we do not currently provide this service due to logistic and storage constraints.
Yes the mattress does need to be rotated every 6 weeks for the first 6 months, then every 3 months
The weight of the mattress varies depending on size chosen. Approximate weights are:

All of our mattresses are hand manufactured in the UK
Unfortunately we can not promise this due to all mattresses being hand manufactured on order. Depending on delivery routes it may be possible to arrange delivery before 14 days. If this is the case our customer service team will be in contact to confirm this.
