Masa mattresses are one of the best companies I've ever dealt with, they helped me get the perfect mattress under my budget, they were thorough with details and were exceptional with communication. The mattress is hands down the best mattress I've ever slept on, it's helped my back problems, I have a slipped disc and spinal injuries. I was sick of waking up in agony and stiff, struggling to fall asleep and waking in the night in pain. Now I fall asleep straight away, sleep through the night and wake up in less pain and more mobile, this mattress has changed my life and I've only had it a few weeks. If I ever need any mattresses ever again I will only ever use this company. They've gained a lifelong customer. I cannot fault a single thing at all. I am extremely pleased with both the mattress and the very personal service I received from MASA Sleep.

I ordered an Origins Lux Double mattress for my 9-year-old daughter, who really wanted a lovely soft and comfortable bed. Shortly after ordering, I received a call from a very knowledgeable and friendly consultant who took the time to check all the details with me before the mattress went into manufacture.

What impressed me most was that this wasn't simply a routine order check. He asked who the mattress was for, listened to what my daughter wanted and patiently answered all my questions and doubts. He also noticed that I had ordered a double mattress for a bunk bed and checked with me that this was intentional and that the mattress would be suitable for the bed. I really appreciated that extra care, as it gave me confidence that I hadn't overlooked anything when placing the order online.

When I explained that my daughter particularly wanted a softer bed, he told me that, because the mattress was being individually manufactured, they could make it a little softer for her. That level of personalisation really impressed me.

Even the finished mattress had a lovely thoughtful touch — little flowers instead of ordinary buttons covering the stitching. Such a small detail, but it made the mattress feel that little bit more special and perfect for a young girl's room.

Delivery was very quick, but it was the personal attention, knowledge and care before manufacture that really stood out. My daughter is delighted with her new mattress, and I am so pleased with both the quality and the service we received.

Easily the best value mattress we could find on the market.

We purchased a small double mattress for our first child and were so impressed that we returned to buy the exact same one for our second child’s first bed. Outstanding service, excellent quality, and great value for money. We’ll be back soon to buy our own mattress too!

I have now had 3 mattresses from Masa sleep and without exception the customer service is second to none. The staff are informative, helpful and so polite. You are made to feel as though they really do care about you as an individual. The products are excellent and the quality feels way beyond the price point. I have previously had mattresses costing two and three times as much and they are equally as good. The delivery service is just as impressive so all in all a highly recommended company.

I have now had three mattresses from Masa Sleep and on each occasion the service and delivery has been excellent. The mattress are exceptional quality and my view is they are equal to, or superior to, ones costing two and three times more. Comfort is a very subjective matter, but I find them very comfortable. The firmness ratings are very reflective so there are no surprises in what you get. I can highly recommend Masa Sleep and would not hesitate in buying from them again.

I went with the Origins Lux Firmrest after speaking with Masa Sleep directly. I explained my issues with softer mattresses and they pointed me in the right direction. It’s proper orthopaedic support, not hard as a rock but certainly firm enough. Very pleased.
