The individually encapsulated 7 zoned pocket springs, combined with memory foam layers, work to eliminate motion transfer while maintaining total pressure relief by conforming perfectly to your body.
Enhanced Body Contouring
The mattress includes 2 x 25cm viscose elastic temperature controlled memory foam layers. The two layers of memory foam help to relieve pressure on your body and keep your spine aligned.
Tailored Ergonomic Support
Our 2000 pocket spring system is made up of a series of 18cm full-height springs that are individually wrapped in their own open cell fabric pockets. This allows the springs to move independently from one another providing support and pressure relief where you need it most.
Full Height Pocket Springs
The taller 18cm springs in our mattress provide more support and pressure relief than the shorter springs used by other manufacturers. With and increased spring count our pocket springs help ensure correct spinal alignment & increased response.

The mattress is also cooler than traditional memory foam mattresses, thanks to the 8 vents added for air flow and the breathable hypoallergenic Tencel cover.
Premium hybrid Mattress Construction
We do not only use traditional methods, but modern techniques as well to make our mattress withstand the test of time. Wool felt tufts hold together the support layers while the comfort layers are quilted.
This process includes two 25cm memory foam pillow top layers for body contouring and increased comfort.

Our construction techniques also ensure that you have a flat sleep surface, no matter how close you get to the edge of the bed. Deliveries are free and carried out by two-man courier to the room of your choice up to the first floor.
There is a maximum 2 week lead time on the Comfort Elite mattress from when you place your order until delivery. Full tracking information will be provided by our customer service team.
Our delivery service operates from Monday – Sunday excluding bank holidays, between the hours of 7.00am - 8.00pm. If the mattress needs to go up additional floors than the first floor then please do get in touch as the courier charges a small fee for this.
Please also provide a contact number so we can make sure there are no delays with your delivery.
We do not charge for Great Britain mainland deliveries. However, we charge an additional amount to deliver to certain postcodes where it’s difficult for the courier services to reach you. Learn more

MASA Sleep mattresses are suitable for all bed frames apart from adjustable beds.
Unfortunately the MASA Aura Refresh range mattress is unsuitable for bunk beds given depth of the mattresses being 25cm.
We can deliver to a room of your choice up to the first floor (1 flight of stairs). If the mattress is going to be delivered to the 2nd floor or higher please get in touch as the couriers do charge a small fee for this.
Unfortunately we do not currently provide this service due to logistic and storage constraints.
Yes the mattress does need to be rotated every 6 weeks for the first 6 months, then every 3 months
The weight of the mattress varies depending on size chosen. Approximate weights are:

All of our mattresses are hand manufactured in the UK
Unfortunately we can not promise this due to all mattresses being hand manufactured on order. Depending on delivery routes it may be possible to arrange delivery before 14 days. If this is the case our customer service team will be in contact to confirm this.
